Empowerment.

It  will help you to embrace your power and stop giving your power away to others, to circumstances, to objects, to relationships, to society, and more. 

Embracing your power feels liberating and brings you to a place of sovereignty. 

Healing and emotional release.

Liberating stuck emotions from traumas or deep wounds that you carry that no longer serve to raise your vibration towards the highest frequency of pure love helps you feel lighter and relativize experiences to be able to live from a state of neutrality. It is then that instead of reacting, you can respond peacefully and with wisdom.

Balanced relationships.

Harmonizing your relationships is key for your well-being. Relationships with your partner, with family and friends, or with co-workers are the mirror of your inner world, what you love, and what bothers you.

Ascension, karma purification and  genetic liberation.

Preparing you for karma purification from your soul, past incarnations, family lineages, soul lineages, and monadic lineage. This community has a feminine approach to life. Instead of pushing and efforting, and creating hard work, we operate from a place of allowing the cycles of life to guide us so that we can manifest with ease and grace, effortlessly, and attract from the magnetic force of love. This includes taking aligned action, yet it doesn't come from pushing or forcing. It is more harmonic and peaceful. It involves action, but it's aligned action. 

Sacred nutrition

Your body is the sacred container of your soul, and as you raise your vibration, your body needs to be prepared to hold more light; it needs to be purified and nourished appropriately to have vitality, strength, and longevity with great health. Learn what you need to know to harness more light to increase your vitality and life force. 

Sadhna sessions

We will be doing some practices that are going to help the body to raise in frequency with your soul and your energetic bodies. 

Sadhana includes breathwork, mantras, light body exercises, some body movement, and more. 

Moon circles

The moon is deeply connected to our emotions and also to our unconscious. 

When we learn to flow with the cycles of the moon, we are aligned to our own internal body, and life is easier. We let go when it's time, and we seed the new when it is also time. 

Astrology alignments

All of the stars are also in our body and in our astral body. When the stars are creating certain alignments, this affects our reality. It affects our internal processes. When we understand the astrological alignments and we work with the stars, we receive so much from them to work in our favor, and it's easier to embrace change and evolution. 

Soul connection

We are more than bodies; we are spiritual beings experiencing physical reality. Our soul is talking to us all the time; yet, we need to pay attention and listen to the soul whispers to take aligned action and follow the guidance, allowing the light to guide the way. 

Then, the more we expand our consciousness, the more we start connecting with our gifts and abilities.
